Joomla is a free and open source content managment system for publishing content on the World Wide Web. I heard joomla when EITSC offered a free seminars to all IT professors. As I try to install Jooma platform in my laptop, I find it so easy to use and design a web page. All you need is to click and clikc to completely build ur own webpage.
